Platform Status

The Platform Status page (in the sidebar) shows the live health of the GoVista services your dashboard and screens depend on. When something feels off, check here first to tell a platform issue apart from a local one.

What it shows

  • Operational — the service is healthy and running normally.
  • Degraded — the service is up but slower or partially impaired; some actions may lag.
  • Down — the service is unavailable; affected features won't work until it recovers.

Services covered

  • The API that powers the dashboard
  • Content delivery that streams media to screens
  • Realtime heartbeats and device commands

How to use it

  • If a page won't load or a command doesn't reach a device, check status before deep troubleshooting.
  • A Degraded or Down state means the fix is on our side — your screens keep playing cached content until service returns.
  • If everything shows Operational but you still see a problem, it's likely local — see the device- and content-specific troubleshooting guides.

Screens keep playing their last synced content during a platform outage. You usually don't need to touch anything — playback resumes syncing automatically once services are back.
