Installation Note

Installation Steps
- Download and run the installer
- Follow the setup wizard
- Connect MiniPC HDMI output to Novastar TB40
- Connect USB camera (optional - for analytics)
- Enter the pairing code from the app into Dashboard
Tip: The app opens automatically on system startup and runs in full screen kiosk mode. To exit, press Ctrl+Shift+Q

No developer tools needed! Use the built-in URL Launcher on any Samsung SSSP display.
Method 1: URL Launcher (Recommended)
- On the Samsung remote, press Home
- Go to Menu → System → Play via → URL Launcher
- Select App Management → Install Custom App
- Paste the URL below and click Go
- App downloads and launches automatically

- Create a folder named SSSP on a USB stick
- Copy the .wgt file as sssp_dl.wgt inside SSSP/
- Plug USB into Samsung display
- Home → URL Launcher Settings → Install from USB Device
After install, GoVista shows a pairing code on screen. Enter it in your Dashboard to start managing content.

- Set Application Type to ZIP
- Enter the URL below in Fully Qualified Domain Name
- Set Local Application Upgrade → Remote
- Restart the display — app installs automatically

Supported LG Models
Linux Player
Lightweight Electron-based player for Linux desktops, MiniPCs, and Raspberry Pi. Same content engine as Windows — runs on Ubuntu, Debian, and Raspberry Pi OS.
Installation Steps
- Download the AppImage or .deb package
- For AppImage: chmod +x GoVista-Player.AppImage && ./GoVista-Player.AppImage
- For .deb: sudo dpkg -i govista-player_1.6.0_amd64.deb
- Enter the pairing code from the app into Dashboard
- Content starts playing automatically after pairing
Tip: For kiosk deployments, use the linux-kiosk-setup.sh script to configure systemd auto-start, disable screen blanking, and set up auto-login.
