Use cases
Real scenarios we solve for operators in this space.
Multi-property hotel chain
Marketing manages lobby content for 15 properties from one dashboard. Each property keeps its local logo and seasonal campaigns, but shared brand templates ensure consistency. Group-level promotions (loyalty programs) push to all properties simultaneously.
Meeting-room digital boards
Outside every meeting room, a digital plaque shows the current reservation, the next reservation, and a 'Reserve now' QR code. Auto-syncs with the property's calendar system. Color changes (green/yellow/red) communicate availability at a glance.
Multi-language lobby display
Lobby screens rotate the same content in 4 languages based on arriving flight demographics or time-of-day patterns. A check-in agent can override to a specific language for a VIP arrival from a phone.
Pro:Centric in-room welcome
The same GoVista IDCAP-based code that runs lobby panels also drives the in-room TV welcome screen — personalized to the guest, with local restaurant directory, spa booking, and concierge messaging. One CMS, two surfaces.

Frequently asked questions
Does GoVista work with Pro:Centric for in-room TV?
Yes — GoVista uses LG's IDCAP API which spans both webOS Signage AND Pro:Centric. The same content pipeline that drives your lobby signage can drive in-room TVs with minor template adjustments. Reduces vendor lock-in for properties that run both surfaces.
How does multi-language content work?
You author content in your primary language, then add translations per language (en, tr, es, ar, ru, etc.). At schedule time, you select which language plays on which display. Lobby screens can rotate languages on a timer, or front-desk staff can switch instantly for a VIP arrival.
Is the wayfinding interactive?
Yes. Touch-screen wayfinding panels render the property's floor plan, accept search input (in any supported language), and show step-by-step routing to meeting rooms, restaurants, spa, gym, business center. Edit the map once in the dashboard; all wayfinding panels update on next sync.
Does GoVista use cameras to analyze guests?
No. GoVista does not detect faces, estimate age or gender, or count viewers. GoTrack (our separate camera product, https://gotrackgo.com/en/) is built for in-store retail product analytics, not lobby audience measurement: it measures what shoppers do with products, not who watches screens. Where it is used, images are processed on a device on site and are not stored by default; there is no face recognition, no biometric template and no shopper identity — the cloud receives product events, not video.
