Image Formats

For maximum compatibility across all player types, use MP4 with H.264 encoding and AAC audio. This combination works on every supported platform.

- Full HD portrait — 1080 x 1920 (9:16)
- 4K landscape — 3840 x 2160 (16:9)
- Square — 1080 x 1080 (1:1)
- Ultra-wide — 3840 x 1080 (21:9) for LED walls
- LED walls — Custom extreme ratios supported
Platform-Specific Notes
Android TV: Supports all listed formats. H.265 depends on device hardware.
Samsung Tizen: Best with H.264 MP4. Some older models do not support H.265 or VP9.
LG WebOS: H.264 MP4 recommended. WebM support varies by model year.
Windows Player: Supports all formats via built-in codecs.
Web Player: Limited to browser-supported formats (H.264 MP4, WebM, GIF).
Avoid using video files with variable frame rates (VFR). Some players may exhibit audio-video sync issues. Use constant frame rate (CFR) encoding at 30 or 60 fps.
