Storage & Quota
Every uploaded image, video and generated asset counts toward your plan's storage quota. GoVista shows usage across the dashboard so a full account never surprises you.
Where to see usage
- Studio > Storage — usage for the current scope, broken down by type (images, video, designs) and by folder.
- Admin > Storage (admins) — the organization-wide total against your plan limit.
- The Studio hub also shows a compact storage widget.
What counts
- Original uploaded files (images and video) are the largest contributors.
- AI-generated images and videos are stored like any other asset.
- Thumbnails and small design files are negligible.
Freeing up space
- Delete unused assets from Studio > Content — removing an asset frees its storage immediately.
- Clear out old AI generations you no longer need from AI Studio > History.
- Compress large videos before uploading; a shorter or lower-bitrate file plays the same on most screens.
If you hit the limit
- Uploads are blocked once you reach the quota — delete content or upgrade your plan.
- Contact your account manager to raise the limit for large deployments.
Video is by far the biggest space user. A 30-second 4K clip can be larger than hundreds of images — keep signage video at the resolution your screens actually run.
