Organization Settings

Configure your organization's global preferences, branding, and defaults from one central location.

Accessing Settings

Go to Settings in the main navigation. Only users with the BRAND_ADMIN role can modify organization settings.

General Settings

Organization Profile:

• Organization name
• Industry
• Contact email and phone
• Logo and brand assets

Regional Settings:

• Default timezone — Used for scheduling and reports
• Date format — DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY
• Language — Default dashboard language (English, Turkish, Spanish)
• Currency — For billing and pricing display

Default Preferences

Content Defaults:

• Default image display duration (seconds)
• Default transition type (fade, cut, slide)
• Default aspect ratio for new designs
• Maximum upload file size

Device Defaults:

• Default device orientation
• Default screen type
• Auto-assign to store on pairing
• Heartbeat alert threshold (minutes before marking offline)

Notification Settings

Configure how the organization handles notifications:

• Email notifications — Enable/disable and configure frequency
• WhatsApp notifications — Connect and configure alert types
• Dashboard notifications — Bell icon alerts
• Monthly reports — Automatic email reports to admins

Security Settings

• Password policy — Minimum length, complexity requirements
• Session timeout — Auto-logout after inactivity (default: 60 minutes)
• Two-factor authentication — Require 2FA for all users
• SSO — Single Sign-On configuration
• IP allowlist — Restrict dashboard access to specific IP ranges

Billing Settings

• View current plan and usage
• Update payment method
• Download invoices
• Manage AI credit balance
• View per-screen pricing

Danger Zone

• Export all data — Download a complete export of your organization's data
• Delete organization — Permanently remove all data (requires confirmation)
