GoVista's WhatsApp assistant is a guided, button-driven chat — not a typed-command tool. You tap options from menus and lists, so there's nothing to memorize.
Getting started
Send any message to your GoVista WhatsApp number and the assistant replies with the main menu. From there, tap a button to go where you need.
What you can do
- Devices — see which screens are online or offline, and open a specific device
- Screenshot — get a live screenshot of a screen
- Reboot — restart a device
- Refresh all — push a content refresh to your screens
- Content — create an image with an AI prompt and send it in
- Approvals — review and approve pending content
- Alerts — get notified when a screen goes offline
Each step shows the choices as tappable buttons or lists, and confirms before doing anything that changes a screen.
Only one text shortcut matters: send "help" (or "yardım") at any time to jump back to the main menu. Everything else is done by tapping.
