Store Management

Stores represent your physical locations in GoVista. They help you organize devices, target content, and analyze performance by location.

Creating a Store

1. Go to Stores in the main navigation 2. Click Create Store 3. Fill in the details:

• Name — Store name (e.g., "NYC Times Square")
• Address — Physical address for map view
• Region — Geographic grouping
• City — City for location-based targeting
• Contact — Store manager contact info
• Operating Hours — Business hours for scheduling reference

Store Hierarchy

GoVista supports a multi-level hierarchy:

• Brand (top level)
• Region (e.g., "Northeast", "Europe")
• City (e.g., "New York", "London")
• Store (physical location)
• Zone (area within a store)

Zones Within Stores

Create zones to organize devices by area:

1. Open a store 2. Click Add Zone 3. Name the zone (e.g., "Entrance", "Checkout", "Window") 4. Assign devices to the zone

Assigning Devices

1. Open the store detail page 2. Click Assign Device 3. Select from unassigned devices 4. Optionally assign to a specific zone

Or from the device settings, select the store from the dropdown.

Store Dashboard

Each store has its own dashboard showing:

• Device status (online/offline)
• Current playlists playing
• Content sync status
• Audience analytics (if enabled)
• Alert summary

Content Targeting by Store

When deploying content, you can target entire stores:

• Publish a playlist to "Store A" — all devices in Store A receive it
• Publish to a zone — only devices in that zone receive it
• Publish to a region — all stores in the region receive it

Map View

If addresses are provided, view all stores on a map:

• See geographic distribution
• Identify online/offline status by location
• Click markers for quick store details
