Dashboard Overview

The GoVista dashboard is your command center for managing all your digital signage screens, content, and settings from one place.

Main Navigation

The left sidebar provides access to all major sections:

  • Dashboard — Overview of your screens, alerts, and recent activity
  • Devices — Manage all connected screens and players
  • Content — Media library with upload, organize, and design tools
  • Playlists — Create and manage content playlists
  • Schedules — Set up time-based content rules
  • AI Studio — Generate images and videos with AI
  • Analytics — View performance metrics and reports
  • Stores — Manage physical locations and device groups
  • Settings — Organization, users, billing, and integrations

Dashboard Home

The home screen gives you a quick overview:

  • Device Status — Total screens, online/offline counts, and alert indicators
  • Recent Activity — Latest content uploads, schedule changes, and user actions
  • Quick Actions — Shortcuts to common tasks like adding a device or uploading content
  • Alerts — Active warnings for offline devices, disk full, overheating, etc.

Top Bar

The top bar includes:

  • Search — Find devices, content, playlists, and settings quickly
  • Notifications — Bell icon shows recent alerts and updates
  • Profile — Access your account settings and sign out
  • Language — Switch between English, Turkish, and Spanish

Use keyboard shortcuts for faster navigation. Press ? on any page to see available shortcuts.

Scope Selector

If you manage multiple stores or regions, use the scope selector in the top bar to filter the dashboard view:

  • Brand level — See everything across all locations
  • Region — Filter by geographic region
  • Store — Focus on a single location

This affects all pages, showing only relevant devices, content, and analytics for the selected scope.
