AI Video Creation
AI Video Creation
Create short, engaging video clips using AI for eye-catching digital signage content that stands out from static images.
Getting Started
1. Navigate to AI Studio > Video Generation 2. Choose your generation method:
- Text-to-Video — Describe the video scene
- Image-to-Video — Animate an existing image
Text-to-Video
Write a description of the scene you want:
- Describe the visual elements and their motion
- Specify camera movement (pan, zoom, static)
- Mention mood and lighting
Example prompts:
A cup of steaming hot coffee on a wooden table, camera slowly zooms in, warm morning light, cozy atmosphereFresh vegetables falling into a salad bowl in slow motion, bright kitchen, professional food videographyA modern retail store entrance with people walking by, time-lapse style, busy shopping day
Image-to-Video
Start with a still image and add motion:
1. Select an image from your library or AI gallery 2. Describe the desired motion: the clouds move across the sky, gentle breeze moves the trees 3. The AI animates the image based on your description
Image-to-video produces more predictable results because the AI has a clear starting point. Generate a great still image first, then animate it.
Credit Costs
- Text-to-Video: 5-12 credits (depends on duration and settings)
- Image-to-Video: 5 credits
Use Cases
- Menu boards — Add steam, sizzle, and pour effects to food photos
- Retail — Animate product showcases with rotation or zoom
- Hospitality — Create ambient lobby videos with gentle motion
- Corporate — Generate animated backgrounds for announcement screens
- Seasonal — Falling snow, blooming flowers, flowing water
Best Practices
- Keep videos short (5-10 seconds) — they are accent content
- Pair AI videos with text overlays added in the design editor
- Loop videos seamlessly for continuous playback
- Combine with static images in a playlist for variety
Processing Time
Video generation takes longer than images:
- Typical generation time: 1-3 minutes
- You will receive a notification when complete
- You can continue working while videos generate
AI-generated videos may have occasional visual artifacts. Always preview the full video before publishing to screens. Regenerate if quality is not satisfactory.
